* Thigh parts are so thick from the characteristic of body, and when the doll wears kinds of tight pants, there is the difficulty to take a sitting pose, so please kindly refer this when you purchase. For this points, the goods will not be returned or refunded.
Parting line which is produced during manufacturing process will exist.
In case of dolls, if we remove parting line there will be a color difference, so we don't remove the parting line.
Please be aware that we don't exchange or refund dolls due to above reasons.
Tann skin has high chroma so if we do aesthetic work with sand paper or other tool, there will be color difference.
If you have to sand a doll because of a scratch or a scar, you have to sand a whole doll.
Please be aware that we don't take resposibility for color difference made by additional sanding.
If a doll is exposed in sunlight for a long time it could turn yellow so please avoid natural light.
Also if it is exposed to a indoor lighting for a long time it could turn yellow or green.
Even though you keep the doll indoor, if you always put on a wig and outfit and apply UV coating, you could prevent yellowing or greening.
* Due to manufacturing difficulties, scratches, bubbles or dust inside the doll is not considered as a default.
* Dolls are customized products. Once payment is made it is impossible to cancel.
* There will be a putting line made during manufacturing process. Be aware of the putting lines before ordering.
* Basically dolls are provided without makeup. If you want make up, please order them from options.
* We apply same make up as promotion pictures, but there still could be a slight difference between individual dolls.
* After you make an order, it will take around 50-60 days(business days) before you receive your doll.
* Assembled dolls are sent.
* There could be a color difference due to difference in monitor color.
