Please be informed that, effective August 29, all shipments to the United States are subject to mandatory declaration and customs duties. Due to the resulting processing difficulties under the current international postal network system, we must temporarily suspend acceptance of certain shipping methods, including standard EMS.
For the time being, only EMS Premium will be available for deliveries to the United States.
We kindly ask our U.S. customers to select EMS Premium as the shipping method until regular EMS service becomes available again.
If you choose EMS Premium, any difference in shipping cost will be refunded via PayPal.

Please note that for orders already placed, we will cover any additional costs and ship without requesting extra payment.
Additionally, the difference in shipping cost between EMS and EMS Premium is minimal for larger dolls.
